The deadline to be at or under the 800 pre-draft salary cap is Friday, August 27th. Released players will then be added to the Available Players pool. The draft will commence via e-mail on Monday, August 30th. The season kicks off Thursday, September 9th.

The trading period begins Monday, August 23rd. Remember, all trades between now and the conclusion of the draft do not count against your team's 2004 transaction limit. Once the draft concludes, however, any transaction made prior to the start of the season will count against your limit.
