2003 Draft News

The deadline to be at or under the 800 pre-draft salary cap is Wednesday, August 13. Released players will then be added to the Available Players pool. The draft will commence via e-mail on Monday, August 18th. The season kicks off Thursday, September 4th.

If anyone has issues with this timeframe, please let me know ASAP.

Remember, all trades between now and the conclusion of the draft do not count against your team's 2003 transaction limit. Once the draft concludes, however, any transaction made prior to the start of the season will count against your limit.
